Tracy brings a breadth of knowledge and expertise to BHNYC. She has broad-reaching leadership experience in managed care, case management, social work/discharge planning, external public and government/ community affairs, and provider relations/network development. She has a proven track record designing sustainable, revenue-generating programs to achieve desired outcomes and promote high client and provider satisfaction and experience scores.
Tracy is a NYS licensed clinical social worker (R designation). She also earned a post graduate certificate in Aging from the Brookdale Center on Aging/Hunter College. She was an adjunct faculty member at the New School for Social Research- Graduate School of Management and Urban Professions, where she initiated and taught the core curriculum course for their inaugural Gerontological Post Graduate Case Management Certificate program.
She is known for her commitment to building strategic alliances and partnerships between agencies that share a common goal of increasing and assuring access to care as well as helping agencies transform to keep pace with an evolving health care service delivery and reimbursement landscape.
Dana Calderone
Operations Manager
Dana joined BHNYC IPA in August 2019. She provides high-level administrative support as well as project management and coordination to advance the networking priorities of the IPA member agencies.
She received a BA in Psychology from Purchase College. Previously, she held roles in billing and patient services at a medical equipment company and orthopedic group, both located in Long Island.
